Interviewing with RTCA

What should I bring to an interview?

Copies of your resume (at least 3 printed).

Portfolio/work samples if relevant (projects, certificates, CAD drawings, etc.).

References list (names, titles, companies, and contact info).

Must I be a US Person to work at RTCA?

Because RTC Aerospace manufactures ITAR-controlled aerospace components, we are required to follow federal export control laws. Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), access to certain technical data and projects is restricted.

To be eligible, applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person, which means you are one of the following:

A U.S. citizen

A U.S. lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder)

A person granted asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

👉 If you are not a U.S. Person, RTC Aerospace would be required to apply for an export license from the U.S. Department of State before you could be hired into ITAR-controlled roles. These licenses are not guaranteed and may extend the hiring timeline.

What is E-Verify?

RTC Aerospace participates in the E-Verify program. This means that after you are hired, we will use E-Verify to confirm that you are legally authorized to work in the United States.
